Dusty Staub
CEO & Founder
Robert "Dusty" Staub has worked for over 30 years with executives, families, and communities as well as with private and public companies. He has trained and coached executives and teams in creating high performance outcomes.
He is the author of The Heart of Leadership: Twelve Practices of Courageous Leaders, The 7 Acts of Courage: Bold Leadership for a Wholehearted Life, and Courage in the Valley of Death: Daily Practices for Whole-Hearted Living. He has also co-authored Dynamic Focus: Creating Significance and Breaking the Spells of Limitation with Wayne Gerber and has written over two hundred articles on topics such as leadership, team-based creativity, personal mastery, team effectiveness, personal effectiveness and business strategy.

Christine Staub
President
Christine Staub has been a thought partner with Dusty around the topic of heart-centered leadership for the last three decades. She brings a background as a family physician, working mother, business owner, project manager and community leader to the Staub Leadership team. Christine is especially interested in relationship development, team building, conflict resolution and personal leadership mastery. A graduate of Mount Holyoke College and the University of Rochester School of Medicine, Christine completed her residency in Family Medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1987. She practiced medicine using a holistic approach until 2006. Since that time Christine’s attention has turned to healing, wisdom sharing and project development within international organizations as well as in the local community. Christine is an avid gardener and is slowly mastering the art of beekeeping. She firmly believes that Nature and the bees have much to teach us.
Eduardo da Silva
Senior VP, Consulting Services
Eduardo da Silva brings an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit to our team. Born and raised in Brazil, he has worked in the United States for several large, multi-national corporations since 1999. Eduardo has a passion for high-efficiency performance through business development, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and personal mastery. His life experiences have helped him gain greater insight into the contemporary challenges faced by the ever evolving and demanding lifestyle of the corporate professional.
Eduardo’s people skills are blended with his powerful intuition and ability to shift perspectives. He heads the EQIQ coaching program and is responsible for our diversity and inclusion training initiatives. Eduardo is the proud father of two young adult sons. He is an avid yoga practitioner and outdoor enthusiast, and enjoys preparing vibrant meals for friends and family.
Leezá Steindorf
Senior Consultant. Founder, Core Success
Leezá Steindorf, as a communication and conflict resolution expert, facilitates both personal and professional development. Her work with teams and organizations builds positive relationships, streamlines processes and fuels creativity. Leezá lived and worked in Europe for 26 years and in her consulting business there served clients from over 30 different cultures.
Developer of the CORE (Clarity-Ownership-Resolution-Excellence) SuccessTM model, Leezá also draws from her experience as a professional development trainer for domestic and international school systems.
Currently based in Oregon, Leezá is the proud parent of two adult children. She enjoys stand-up paddleboarding, running, and exploring where quantum physics and spirituality overlap.
Benjamin Payne
Director, Leadership in Education
Benjamin Payne brings 25 years of experience in education, architecture, project management, non-profit boards, and leadership roles. In 2020 he was introduced to EQIQ’s whole-hearted framework, and has successfully incorporated this model into his leadership coaching and consulting work on behalf of private and public educational institutions.
Benjamin has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and earned a Masters in Architecture, which led him into project management and residential design in the Caribbean. Benjamin returned to his hometown, Louisville, Kentucky, in 2007. Within a couple years, Benjamin found true professional fulfillment through teaching and administrative work at West End School (WES), The Louisville Tutoring Agency, and Highlands Latin School, including life as a dorm parent at WES, located in Muhammad Ali’s former grade school.
Since 2009, Benjamin has held leadership positions in public, charter, and private K-12 schools, as well as on nonprofit boards. He now coaches school leaders and leadership teams across the country. In each setting, Benjamin immerses himself in the community, encouraging all of us to do what is right, not what is easy.
Benjamin is a proud father of three daughters and founder of The School at Gate City Harvest.
Kendra Wibert
Director of Branding & Communication
Kendra Wibert offers our team a multi-disciplinary depth of experience. After earning her business degree at the highly ranked Poole College of Management (North Carolina State University), she was signed by an agency and began working full time in the entertainment industry. She has transitioned from being in front of the camera to producing her own content, choosing subjects of humanitarian concern. As a creative producer and marketing consultant, she works with a limited clientele, whose mission aligns with her own core purpose and passions. She devotes her time to environmental and social justice projects through her work.
Kendra currently resides in Los Angeles, California with her husband. She enjoys SCUBA diving, hiking, family game nights, adventurous travel destinations, creative cooking, and interdisciplinary art such as pottery, film photography and painting.

Cary A. Root

Client Relations Partner
Cary Ann Root has been involved in the Human Systems development field for over 40 years. Cary previously served as Senior Vice-President of Client Relations and Customized Programs for Staub Leadership, a division of EQIQ. During her 11 years with Staub Leadership, she was dedicated to our clients’ unique needs and brought forward innovative ideas to serve them. Clients have found her passionate about her work which makes it easy for them to be open and honest about themselves, their organization, and their plans for moving forward. We are delighted that Cary will continue to serve as a Strategic Human Systems Partner for Staub Leadership.
Over the years, Cary has offered her volunteer services to several local not-for-profit organizations in Greensboro, NC (USA). She currently serves on the Board of the Kellin Foundation, which supports women, children and families toward better lives. She has also served on the local Board of the American Heart Association, which included work on the Go Red for Women fundraising drive. Cary has mentored through the Big Brothers, Big Sisters program. She enjoys quiet time, reading and taking care of her animals.
Wayne Gerber

Wayne Gerber has been an independent organizational consultant since 1994, most recently as President of Sungate Advisors. Prior to that he spent ten years as a market researcher and six years as an epidemiologist in Public Health. This combination of experience serves to ensure Wayne’s multifaceted approach to client service.He understands how to conduct effective research-based assessments of a client’s situation, facilitate leadership development and organizational change, and coach individuals and teams to higher levels of performance.
Wayne earned a Masters of Science in Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Psychology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He lives in Greensboro, NC, with his wife Debra, an independent physical therapist, and with his two young adult sons. Wayne is an avid photographer and enjoys hiking and travel.
